Service Managers Introduction

Almond Blossom Care was created based on a passion for caring for people with different social care needs, and from having over 18 years experience doing this. Over this time, we have been caring for the elderly with dementia and other age-related needs, and working with individuals with learning disabilities and mental health problems who live in their own homes, in care homes or in the community.

Our experience as care staff has enabled us to witness firsthand the challenges that vulnerable members of our society face in accessing quality care; it has also allowed us to build an understanding of the difficulties families endure trying to find the best possible care provider for their loved ones.

What became particularly apparent was the challenges that care homes and facilities go through to cover absent staff during leave, and how that may impact the quality of care given to clients by staff. This is because they may have to work more than they normally do, which can impact the way they perform. So, at Almond Blossom Care, we aim to provide the best quality care services to all of our customers and ensure they’ll be well taken care of.

We are a domiciliary care agency, supplying care assistants to care homes, nursing homes, hospitals and independent living facilities, in order to supplement staffing shortages in any care organisation where the service we provide is needed. We abide by the national care standards, and our compassionate and dedicated staff will always be there for our clients when required.
